When people begin to investigate dental implant treatment options, they quickly find a large range of prices that may or may not include a total package. We have patients who come to our office just for the implant and return to their dentist for regular care and others who remain here for all their dental care, so exact pricing in advertising can be difficult. Our goal at the Academy of Modern Implants & Dentistry is to have honest and transparent pricing so there are no surprises while going through implant treatment. The following list gives you an idea of our prices for various implant treatment options, of course, these can vary in certain clinical situations. However, we will always try our best to give you the total out of pocket cost at your consult appointment.
3D Cone Beam CT Scan
A 3-dimensional scan is extremely important for safe placement of an implant. The image confirms that you have enough bone to hold the implant (or reveals the need for grafting) and shows us the exact anatomy of the jaws. Click here to learn more about a 3D Cone Beam CT scan.
Note: The $899 is for the implant only, not the abutment and crown. See below for any potenital additional pricing.
Abutment and Crown
The abutment is the attachment point between the implant and porcelain crown, which is your new tooth. All of our abutments and crowns are custom designed and milled for ideal appearance, shape, and fit. Click here to learn more about implant crowns and abutments.
Total Cost - Single Dental Implant
Lower Arch: $5500- $8600
Healing Dentures: $750 per arch.
The price of snap dentures can vary greatly depending on the number of implants required and if large number of extractions are to be completed, requiring temporary healing dentures. Click here to learn more about snap dentures.
$19,000-22,000 Per Arch
Possible Add on Costs
Bone Graft- $515
This includes all the graft material and coverings that are required for successful bone grafting procedures. There are other types of bone grafting procedures that can cost more, however, they are not as commonly required. Click here to learn more about bone grafting.
When extracting teeth that are going to be replaced with implants, removal of the tooth must be done carefully to preserve as much of the bone as possible surrounding the tooth. Typically, a graft will be placed at the same time of extraction. Click here to learn more about bone grafting.
